Asterra November performance overview
November has been another busy month at Asteres Village. Construction kept going strong - we kicked off work on eight homes in total - seven residential homes and one guest house. Some houses are already getting their windows and facades done, others have foundations and roofs in place, and inside these homes, the team is busy with sanding, painting, and installing underfloor heating. All in all, things are really starting to take shape!
On the platform side, activity remained aligned with the company’s needs. We welcomed 30 new lenders, bringing the total to 710, and raised €316,968 in new funding. The total funding available is now €795,000, and our lenders earned €62,324 in interest at an average rate of 16.11%.
Sales are moving too, with plenty of visitors stopping by the village to see the progress firsthand. The village is starting to feel like a real community!

Village project statuses
Brief status report on construction works in Asteres Village during November.
- Construction work has commenced on seven houses and one guest house.
- Draugu 6 - various indoor and finishing works - sanding and painting of CLT panels, plastering works. A heat pump has been installed.
- Draugu 8 - completed paving and facade works. Work on drywall installation on the ceiling has begun.
- Draugu 11 - facade works have been done. CLT panel sanding work has started.
- Draugu 13 - window installation has completed. Paving works have been started
- Draugu 14 - foundation has been excavated.
- Draugu 17 - completed installation of windows and underfloor heating system. Electrical installation has begun.
- Draugu 21 - completed installation of CLT and roof assembly.
- Asteru 2 - the building permit is still in the approval process. Construction works have not yet started.
- Guest house - foundation works have been completed.
- Active sales operations continue, resulting in potential buyers visiting the Village.
- Construction Materials Used:
- 78,4 tons of crushed stone delivered.
- 32 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete were used for building foundations.
- 15 cubic meters of dry-mix concrete were delivered.

Strategic bank partnership to accelerate Asteres Village development
Asterra Estate has reached a strategic agreement with one of Latvia’s lead banks to support the refinancing of homes within the Asteres Village project. It’s a really positive sign for the work we’re doing at Asteres Village and a meaningful boost for the project’s future.
