Who we are
With over 15 years in real estate development, we’re a family-driven team focused on building and renovating homes, apartments, and commercial spaces. We own and manage €2.4M in real estate, including 4,370 m² across residential and commercial projects - all developed and operated by our trusted in-house team.
Our story
Our journey in real estate started with managing family-owned properties. Step by step, project by project, we grew, learning the ins and outs of business, real estate, and construction along the way.
Being originally from this region (Adazi town), the Asteres village is especially close to our hearts. We saw its potential early on and, over the past 10 years, have been steadily acquiring land here, now totalling 36 hectares. We've spent countless hours on-site, often with friends and family, clearing and shaping the land ourselves.
Today, our dream is becoming a reality. Construction in Asteres has begun, and in the coming years, this place will become a thriving community of beautiful family homes.

Funding Structure
All our past projects have been funded from the profits of companies we own.
In Asteres village, we’ve already invested over €1.4M in land acquisition, development, and infrastructure. And our contribution to all projects will be at least 10%, with the rest financed by mezzanine lenders.
Once a house (one of 136 in the village) is complete, it will be sold or refinanced with a bank at a lower interest rate.
