March performance overview
March has been a whirlwind of activity at Asterra Estate. While we’ve been busy keeping the hammers swinging and the concrete pouring at Asteres Village, the real highlight happened on the platform itself.
In March, we officially surpassed 1,000 active lenders! We love seeing our community grow. It’s a sign that our lenders believe in our vision, and we’re happy to have every single one of you on board.
Here is a brief overview of how March went for us.
Strategic Milestone: bank refinancing
One of the most important updates this month was our strategic partnership with a bank. As we recently shared, this strategic move allows us to refinance existing mezzanine loans with more traditional bank financing. It not only optimises our capital structure but also accelerates our development timeline, making sure we stay on track to deliver a high-quality residential community.
Regarding the CLT factory, the works are progressing on schedule, and the team is currently busy with foundation construction.
March by the Numbers
Our platform indicators remain robust, reflecting a healthy and active ecosystem:
- €723,257 in mezzanine loans attracted
- €119,770 in interest earned by our community.
- 15.81% average interest rate.
- €7,360 average funding amount per lender.
- 66 new active lenders joined the Asterra family this month.
Construction Update: Asteres Village
The village is taking shape rapidly. We’ve moved from foundations to finishing touches on several properties:
- Draugu iela 6: Officially finished.
- Draugu iela 8 & 11: Both houses saw furniture assembly and interior work completed during the month, and are now finished.
- Draugu iela 13: Painting work is underway, and furniture installation is in progress.
- Draugu iela 17: Facade construction is ongoing; interior wall puttying, painting, and CLT sanding are now complete.
- Draugu iela 21: The Estrich floor installation is complete, and we have moved on to facade insulation and batten installation.
- Draugu iela 14A & CLT Factory: Foundation construction is successfully underway for both.
- Guest House: We are currently focused on facade and roof construction.

Asterra Estate has reached a strategic agreement with one of Latvia’s lead banks to support the refinancing of homes within the Asteres Village project. It’s a really positive sign for the work we’re doing at Asteres Village and a meaningful boost for the project’s future.

February may have been short, but it was a highly productive month for Asterra Estate. Infrastructure works for Phase 2, including utility installation and road construction, are underway and expected to continue for approximately four more months.
