Asterra Estate February performance overview

February may have been short, but it was a highly productive month for Asterra Estate.

Infrastructure works for Phase 2, including utility installation and road construction, are underway and expected to continue for approximately four more months.

We also received the official Phase 2 master plan from the architects. The plan outlines the placement of the five existing house designs across 30 plots and includes the full Asteres Village Phase 1 area, giving a complete visual overview of the community’s development, which we shared with our Telegram community last month.

First open doors event

February brought an essential milestone for Asterra Estate and was perfectly timed for Valentine’s Day, too. Our very first completed house was fully finished, rented out, and officially opened its doors to visitors on February 14th. It was a fitting date: while others were celebrating love, we were introducing future residents to a place they could truly fall in love with - their potential new home at Asteres Village.

The open doors event gave potential renters a real-life glimpse of what everyday living in the community looks like, and the response has been heartwarming.

Two houses have also been rented, with final details currently being finalised.

Launch of the Loyalty Program

We are excited to have launched the Asterra Estate loyalty program.

Starting now, the more you invest, the more you earn, automatically. Your total active investment unlocks additional annual interest on top of the standard rate, rewarding long-term commitment and higher participation.

This new program strengthens our focus on building lasting relationships with our lenders.

Village project statuses

  • Draugu iela 6 – at the beginning of the month, furniture installation and interior setup. In the middle of the month, the house was finished.
  • Draugu iela 8 – kitchen, interior door installation and furniture assembly. Tiling works.
  • Draugu iela 11 – furniture, interior door and shower glass installation.
  • Draugu iela 13 – installed heating boiler. Plastering, painting, waterproofing and tiling works. Concrete floor polishing is completed.
  • Draugu iela 17 – facade construction – installation of facade battens completed; facade panel installation has begun. Plastering works.
  • Draugu iela 21 – window installation. Completed installation of underfloor heating system. Electrical installation.
  • Guest House – completed installation of wind barrier. Thermal insulation works. Roof and partition wall construction. Facade construction - installation of facade battens completed
  • CLT Factory - demolition works.

Asterra Estate January performance overview

January was a solid start to the year for Asterra Estate, with continued engagement from our lender community and, as always, visible progress across the village. Platform activity remained steady, with 84 new lenders joining and ongoing funding supporting the next stages of village development. At the same time, construction continued across multiple houses, with several buildings advancing through facade, interior, and structural stages.
