We are launching the Asterra Estate Loyalty program
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished at Asterra Estate in such a short time, together with our lenders. What we’re building goes beyond real estate - it’s a long-term partnership and steady growth, especially with the continued development of Asteres Village.
Many of you have been reinvesting, expanding your portfolios, and growing alongside us since the beginning, and that kind of trust doesn’t go unnoticed.
To show our appreciation, we’re launching the Asterra Estate Loyalty Program.
Starting February 18th, lenders will automatically earn additional annual interest based on your total active investment amount, just because growing together should be rewarding in every sense.
Loyalty that grows with You
The idea is simple: the more you invest, the more you earn.
Your loyalty level is based on your total active investment across all Asterra Estate projects. No forms to fill out, no buttons to click, as your portfolio grows, your status upgrades automatically. Just keep investing, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We have introduced four loyalty levels:
- Bronze – invest ≥ €10,000 and receive +0.5% p.a.
- Silver – invest ≥ €25,000 and receive +0.75% p.a.
- Gold – invest ≥ €50,000 and receive +1% p.a.
- Platinum – invest ≥ €100,000 and receive +1.5% p.a.
The higher your total active investment, the higher your additional annual return.
How the Loyalty bonus works
Your total active investment is calculated by summing all outstanding investments across Asterra Estate projects, including compound interest.
Once you reach a loyalty level, your bonus interest is automatically applied to the standard project rate. The additional interest is calculated daily and applies to all your active investments.
This means every project you fund benefits from your loyalty level, not just one project.
The more you grow and reinvest, the stronger your overall returns become.
Important to know
If you submit an Early Exit request and it is processed, your Loyalty program eligibility will be suspended for 180 days.
After 180 days have passed since the last processed Early Exit request, your loyalty status will be automatically recalculated based on your active investment amount at that time.

Log in to your Asterra Estate account and head to the Loyalty program section in the left-side menu to see your current level - and how close you are to unlocking the next one (a little upgrade never hurts).

Strategic bank partnership to accelerate Asteres Village development
