Introducing the Asterra funding platform

After successfully funding all previous projects through internal resources, Asterra is now inviting external lenders to join its journey, while maintaining complete control over every project.

The decision to attract external funding is based on two key factors.

  • First, Asterra aims to accelerate the growth of Asteres Village in response to strong market demand.
  • Second, the company has developed an efficient financing model to support this expansion.

“The high demand for family houses requires the parallel construction of multiple homes to meet buyer expectations. The initial funding for construction works will be raised via Asterra.estate platform. Once a house is completed - typically within one year - it will be sold, rented, or refinanced through a partner bank in Latvia on significantly lower rates. This construction-financing model enables rapid development and significantly reduces the cost of capital,” explains Asterra Estate CFO Ivars Nelsons.

The newly launched Asterra funding platform is designed to support faster, larger-scale development while ensuring transparency and solid returns for lenders.

  • 100% controlled projects – fund only Asterra Estate Group projects
  • Competitive interest rates – earn up to 15% p.a.
  • Daily interest accrual – receive interest daily, starting from the funding date
  • Interest compounding – increase annual interest rate or receive regular payouts - giving you full control over your strategy
  • Early Exit Option 2.0 – maintain liquidity with the ability to request partial or full early repayment, offering flexibility without long-term capital lock-in

  • Real estate collateral – Every project is backed by tangible real estate. Each asset’s ownership and security structure – as outlined in every project description – is closely aligned with the level of protection typically provided by a senior loan.
  • Group Guarantee – Asterra Estate provides a guarantee across all entities in the Group. If one project experiences delays, other entities are committed to covering lender obligations.

Additionally, Asterra Estate Group reinforces its financial commitment by contributing at least 10% of its own capital into each project - known as “skin in the game.” This ensures full alignment with lender interests and shared responsibility in every decision.
