Asterra September performance overview

In September, Asterra Estate continued active construction work at Asteres Village. Progress on the ground remained strong, with six buildings currently under construction and individual houses moving through different stages of development. In addition, work has also begun on a new luxury villa project within the Asteres Village area.

Site preparation also advanced in the Asteres Village Stage 2 area. During this period, work permits were requested from Sadales tīkls (ST), GASO, and the Real Estate Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. In addition, surveying work was carried out, including the marking of red lines and pond points, as well as staking out protective zones and other preparatory activities.

This month, we also welcomed a new team member — Madara Balode, a sales expert with extensive experience in the Ādaži real estate market. Madara is a proven top performer in the region, and we are excited to have her strengthen our sales team.

Village project statuses

Brief status report on construction works in Asteres Village during September.

  • Construction work has commenced on six houses.
    • Draugu 8 - installation of the roof and heat recovery system has been completed.
    • Draugu 13 - CLT assembly work is complete, and roof trusses have been installed.
    • Draugu 17 - foundation constructions are completed, external utilities have been installed
    • Draugu 21 - foundation works - crushed stones were laid, and foam insulation has been installed.
    • Draugu 11 - facade insulation works, window installation, and partition wall construction have been completed. Underfloor heating installations and facade battening works were completed. Estrich dry concrete has been installed.
    • Draugu 6 - completed landscaping and land grading works. Interior works - spackling and tiling have been completed, as well as the installation of mirror film on the windows.

In September, work began on a new, exclusive development project in the Asterra Estate area.

A purchase agreement has been signed with the buyer for the construction of a luxury villa, and the first payment has already been received. Currently, building design and planning are underway, along with land and site preparation for construction.

The project will occupy an 8,510 m² land plot and feature a 1,095 m² luxury villa at Asteru Street 2.

  • Manufacturing of two CLT buildings (Draugu 13 and 17) has been completed in the factory.
  • Active sales operations continue, resulting in potential buyers visiting the Village.
  • Construction Materials Used:
    • 185 tons of crushed stone delivered.
    • 29,5 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete were used for building foundations.
    • 90 cubic meters of sand were delivered.

Asterra Estate January performance overview

January was a solid start to the year for Asterra Estate, with continued engagement from our lender community and, as always, visible progress across the village. Platform activity remained steady, with 84 new lenders joining and ongoing funding supporting the next stages of village development. At the same time, construction continued across multiple houses, with several buildings advancing through facade, interior, and structural stages.

A Perfect Match: Valentine’s Specials on Asterra

The recently concluded holiday campaign demonstrated that investing with Asterra Estate can go beyond the numbers. One lucky lender and their chosen +1 will soon visit Asteres village, meet the team, and see the project that is shaping a new community in Latvia. The year has also started very actively. The company’s 2026 business plans show that construction at Asterra Village will continue at a strong pace in Stages 1 and 2, and that a CLT & GLT production plant is planned to be built and to start operations later this year. To support these business growth plans, we are organising the “Perfect Match” campaign.

Asterra December performance overview

December was a productive month for Asterra Estate. Alongside consistent platform activity, the community continued to grow— over the past seven months, Asterra Estate has reached more than 700 loyal lenders, with more than €5 million committed to the project. During the month, we also activated the Early Exit option for the first projects, giving investors greater flexibility, and shared plans to expand beyond residential development with a CLT & GLT production factory to support more efficient construction and long-term growth.
