In September, Asterra Estate continued active construction work at Asteres Village. Progress on the ground remained strong, with six buildings currently under construction and individual houses moving through different stages of development. In addition, work has also begun on a new luxury villa project within the Asteres Village area.
Site preparation also advanced in the Asteres Village Stage 2 area. During this period, work permits were requested from Sadales tīkls (ST), GASO, and the Real Estate Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. In addition, surveying work was carried out, including the marking of red lines and pond points, as well as staking out protective zones and other preparatory activities.
This month, we also welcomed a new team member — Madara Balode, a sales expert with extensive experience in the Ādaži real estate market. Madara is a proven top performer in the region, and we are excited to have her strengthen our sales team.

In September, work began on a new, exclusive development project in the Asterra Estate area.
A purchase agreement has been signed with the buyer for the construction of a luxury villa, and the first payment has already been received. Currently, building design and planning are underway, along with land and site preparation for construction.
The project will occupy an 8,510 m² land plot and feature a 1,095 m² luxury villa at Asteru Street 2.

In October, we continued steady development activity at Asteres Village, with construction progressing on multiple residential buildings and supporting infrastructure. Work progressed on six houses and a guest house, and preparation work continued in the Phase Two territory. In addition, production of one CLT building was completed at the factory.
